This website (zelandaliyoruk.com) and its linked Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts are run as an individual project under the "zelandaliyoruk" brand, not yet as a registered company. For any question about how your personal data is handled, contact zelandaliyoruk@gmail.com.

• From the form you fill in before accessing the guide: your full name and email address.
• If you use the question form: your full name, email address, and the question you write.
• If you express interest in the Settlement Concierge service: your full name and email address.
• Your language preference and form details are also stored locally in your browser (localStorage); this stays on your device and is not sent to us automatically.

3. Why We Collect It

• To give you access to the New Zealand relocation guide content.
• To answer your questions, either directly or in a future video.
• To notify you about the upcoming Settlement Concierge service, only if you expressed interest.
• To keep your record up to date if you submit the form more than once.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox before submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored and Who We Share It With

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The following service providers are used to run the site's technical infrastructure (acting as data processors):

• GitHub, where form submissions are stored in a private repository.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and processes form submissions.

These providers can only access data to operate the technical infrastructure, not for their own purposes.

6. How Long We Keep It

Your data is kept until you request deletion, or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the site/service. It is deleted promptly on request.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics tool that does not collect personal data, to gather anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages are viewed). This data does not identify you personally.
